how to add new partition

Post by whatznew on Mon Dec 19, 2016 10:35 am

Hi I am trying to add a separate home partition to chaletos 14.04 using gparted however gparted makes a root partition only and I can not write to it . Their must be a simple way of making a partition for users so it is automatically read and write. Perhaps there is another partition manger that I could use ?

The only good thing about Windows is that it never gives you any terminal illnesses.
Needless to say, Terminal illnesses are the only problem with Linux.
